摘　　要：在公路工程项目建设过程中,由于受各种因素的影响,经常出现施工单位索赔与业主变更的情况。而计量支付则是在合同约定时间内对工程量清单中所列明的工程量进行计量和支付,是合同双方依据合同文件规定进行工程款结算的依据。因此,做好计量支付工作,对控制工程造价、保障工程质量、控制投资、提高资金使用率、加快项目建设进度等方面都具有重要意义。文章结合公路工程建设工作经验,对公路工程计量支付与变更管理进行了研究。In the process of highway engineering project construction,due to the influence of various factors,the con-struction unit often claims and the owner changes.The measurement and payment is to measure and pay the quantities lis-ted in the bill of quantities within the time agreed in the contract,which is the basis for both parties to settle the project funds according to the provisions of the contract documents.Therefore,doing a good job of measurement and payment is of great significance for controlling project cost,ensuring project quality,controlling investment,improving the efficiency of fund use,and speeding up the progress of project construction.Combining with the working experience of highway en-gineering construction,this paper studies the measurement payment and change management of highway engineering.
