摘　　要：培育和发展新质生产力在推动农业经济高质量发展、推进农业农村现代化和农村共同富裕中的迭代裂变具有重要的战略意义和深远的价值意蕴。由数字化智能化等新技术新材料新工艺等引发的革命性变更、城乡资金人才信息技术等新型生产要素的优化配置和高效组合、绿色产品和环保效应不断满足人民绿色生活新需求、农业产业和农村现代化深度转型升级而催生和发展成为农业领域的新质生产力就是客观的历史必然。大量科技成果嵌入农村生产生活各环节,农业新质生产力成为引领中国农村产业经济高质量发展的战略引擎,必须为农业新质生产力变成发展新动能而“建立新秩序”。必须充分利用农业新质生产力在推动农业经济高质量发展进程中的迭代效应,增强农业经济发展的内生发展动力,推动农业新质生产力转化为农业农村现代化发展的新动能和新赛道,为中国式现代化作出更大贡献。Cultivating and developing new quality productive forces holds significant strategic importance and profound value implications in promoting high-quality agricultural economic development,advancing agricultural and rural modernization,and achieving common prosperity in rural areas.Due to the revolutionary changes triggered by new technologies such as digitaliza-tion and intelligentization,as well as new materials and new processes,the optimization and efficient combination of new pro-duction factors like urban and rural capital,talent,and information technology,the continuous satisfaction of people's new de-mands for a green life through green products and environmental protection effects and the deep transformation and upgrading of the agricultural industry and rural modernization,the emergence and development of new quality productive forces in the ag-ricultural field is an objective historical inevitability.The integration of numerous scientific and technological achievements into various aspects of rural production and life has made new quality productive forces a strategic engine for leading the high-quali-ty development of China's rural industrial economy.It is imperative to"establish a new order"for transforming new quality pro-ductive forces into new development drivers.The iterative effects of new quality productive forces must be fully utilized in pro-moting high-quality agricultural economic development,enhancing the endogenous development momentum of agricultural eco-nomic growth,and transforming new quality productive forces into new drivers and new tracks for agricultural and rural mod-ernization,thereby making greater contributions to Chinese path to modernization.
