摘　　要：心房颤动(房颤)合并慢性肾脏病患者卒中和出血风险高,口服抗凝药物存在一定的局限性或禁忌证。左心耳封堵术已作为房颤患者口服抗凝药物替代方案,但左心耳封堵术在房颤合并慢性肾脏病人群中的有效性及安全性需进一步证实,本文拟就左心耳封堵术治疗合并慢性肾功能不全的房颤患者的研究进展进行综述。Patients with atrial fibrillation complicated with kidney disease have a high risk of stroke and bleeding,and have some limitations or contraindications to oral anticoagulants.Left atrial appendage closure has been used as an alternative to oral anticoagulation in patients with atrial fibrillation,but its efficacy and safety in patients with atrial fibrillation and chronic kidney disease need to be further confirmed.This paper intends to review the research progress of left atrial appendage occlusion in patients with atrial fibrillation complicated with chronic renal insufficiency.
