摘　　要：随着中国经济步入高质量发展的战略攻坚期,增强经济发展韧性具有重要的现实意义。本文以2004—2020年290个地级市城市为样本,考察城市数字经济发展对城市经济韧性的影响,并进行详细的内生性处理、稳健性检验以及作用机制分析。研究发现:(1)城市数字经济发展能够显著提高城市经济韧性,这一正向作用仅在中部地区城市中存在;(2)城市数字经济发展通过“提高研发创新”“促进产业结构转型升级”及“增加高技能劳动力雇佣”三个渠道提高城市经济韧性;(3)在考虑了内生性问题、异常值影响以及关键变量替换之后,实证结果依旧稳健有效。本文揭示了城市数字经济发展对城市经济韧性的影响与作用机制,不仅为现有研究提供了有力补充,而且为保证数字经济发展、提高经济韧性提供了新的事实参考。As China’s economy enters a strategic period of high-quality development,it is of great practical importance to enhance the resilience of economic development.This paper examines the impact of urban digital economy development on urban economic resilience using the sample of 290 prefecture-level cities from 2004 to 2020,and conducts detailed endogeneity treatments,robustness tests,and mechanism analysis.The study finds that:(1)Urban digital economy development can significantly improve urban economic resilience,and this positive effect only exists in cities in the central region.(2)Urban digital economy development improves the economic resilience through increasing R&D innovation,promoting industrial restructuring and upgrading,and increasing the employment of highly skilled labor.(3)The empirical results remain robust after taking into account endogeneity issues,outlier effects,and replacement of key variables.This paper reveals the impact and mechanism of urban digital economy development on urban economic resilience,which not only provides a strong complement to existing research but also provides a new factual reference for ensuring digital economy development and improving economic resilience.
