摘 要:在眼科的临床实践中,维替泊芬(verteporfin)作为一种治疗年龄相关性黄斑变性(AMD)的光动剂,已经广泛地被使用了二十余年。近年来,研究人员发现,维替泊芬除了对年龄相关性黄斑变性有治疗效果以外,在肿瘤的治疗中也具有巨大的潜力。维替泊芬对于肿瘤的杀伤作用已经被大量研究和报道,它不仅可以作为光动剂在可见光下杀伤肿瘤细胞,还可在非光活化的条件下直接杀伤肿瘤细胞,本文主要综述了维替泊芬在肿瘤治疗中的作用研究现状。To treat age-related macular degeneration(AMD),verteporfin has been widely used for more than 20 years in ophthalmology as a photodynamic agent.In recent years,researchers have found that,in addition to the therapeutic effect of verteporfin on age-related macular degeneration,it also has great potential in the treatment of tumors.The killing effect of verteporfin on tumors has been studied and reported in a large number of studies.It can not only kill tumor cells under visible light as a photodynamic agent,but also kill tumor cells directly under non-photoactivated conditions.This article mainly reviews the current research status of verteporfin's role in cancer treatment.
