江苏无锡与青海海东育龄期妇女阴道炎的感染情况及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的探讨江苏省无锡市和青海省海东市两地育龄期妇女阴道炎症感染类型差异及其影响因素,为女性生殖道相关疾病防治提供参考。方法收集2021年5月-2022年6月无锡市妇幼保健院和海东市第二人民医院的妇科门诊病历数据,按照标准共纳入阴道炎症患者1855例,其中无锡地区1126例,海东地区729例,比较两地区妇女阴道炎症感染类型差异,采用单因素分析影响因素。结果海东地区的滴虫性阴道炎占比高于无锡地区,两地阴道炎的发生率差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=118.060,P=0.001);无锡地区妇女阴道感染类型在不同年龄和不同季节间差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=18.484、23.040,P均<0.05),而在不同职业间差异无统计学意义(P=0.109);海东地区妇女阴道感染类型在不同职业间差异有统计学意义(P=0.001),而在不同年龄和不同季节间差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。结论无锡和海东两地育龄期妇女阴道炎的感染类型存在差异,职业、季节等因素与阴道炎症相关性较高。Objective To explore the differences in types of vaginal inflammatory infections and their influencing factors among women of childbearing age in Wuxi city, Jiangsu province and Haidong city, Qinghai province, and provide reference for the prevention and treatment of female reproductive tract-related diseases. Methods Gynecological outpatient medical record data was collected from Wuxi Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital and Haidong No.2 People's Hospital from May 2021 to June 2022. A total of 1 855 patients with vaginal inflammation were selected for the studies according to the standards, including 1 126 cases in Wuxi area and 729 cases in Haidong area. The differences in types of vaginal inflammation and infection among women in the two regions were compared, and single factor analysis was used to identify influencing factors. Results The proportion of trichomonas vaginitis in Haidong area was higher than that in Wuxi area.There was a statistically significant difference in the occurrence of vaginitis between the two areas (χ^(2)=118.060,P=0.001).The differences in vaginal infection types among women in Wuxi were statistically significant among different ages and seasons (χ^(2)=18.484, 23.040;all P<0.05), but there was no statistically significant difference among different occupations(P=0.109). The types of vaginal infections among women in Haidong area had statistically significant differences among different occupations(P=0.001), but there were no statistically significant differences among different ages and seasons(all P>0.05). Conclusion There are differences in the infection types of vaginitis in women of childbearing age between Wuxi and Haidong regions,occupational, season and other factors were higher associated with vaginal inflammation.
