摘　　要：泡型包虫病是由多房棘球绦虫的幼虫——多房棘球蚴引起的一类人畜共患性寄生虫病,严重危害患者生命健康。近十年来,随着分子流行病学的发展,多房棘球绦虫流行病学研究有了重大进展。本文将从多房棘球绦虫国内外流行现状、遗传多样性及流行因素进行综述,了解相关研究技术与方法,以期为泡型包虫病的流行病学调查、防治及监测提供技术参考。Alveolar echinococcosis is a kind of zoonotic parasitic disease caused by the larva of Echinococcus multilocularis, which seriously endangers the life and health of patients. In the past decade, with the development of molecular epidemiology, great progress has been made in the epidemiological study of Echinococcus multilocularis. This article will summarize the epidemic situation, genetic diversity and epidemic factors of Echinococcus multilocularis at home and abroad, and understand the related research techniques and methods, in order to provide technical reference for the epidemiological investigation, control and surveillance of alveolar echinococcosis.
