摘 要:提出了一种干式装配式梁柱节点,该节点由核心区梁端外包钢套筒与柱预留孔洞实现螺栓连接。为了验证节点构造的合理性,揭示其受力工作机理,设计并制作3组节点试件,以轴压比和螺栓等级作为试验变量,进行了3个工况的低周往复拟静力破坏性试验。研究节点破坏形式及抗震性能,得到试件的滞回曲线和骨架曲线,分析节点的荷载特征值、延性、耗能和刚度退化。试验结果表明:3个试件的破坏均发生在梁端,节点核心区均没有破坏,满足“强节点弱构件”设计要求;试件滞回曲线饱满,延性系数均大于3.6,黏滞阻尼系数均大于1.5,具有良好的抗震性能;降低螺栓等级能提高节点刚度,但对节点承载力影响有限;增大轴压比时,刚度显著提高,但延性和耗能能力有所降低。在试验结果的基础上,采用ABAQUS对节点进行参数化分析,得出不同参数变化对节点力学性能影响,使试验更有对比性、分析更全面、结论更准确。A dry⁃type prefabricated column⁃beam joint is proposed,which is bolted by the outer steel sleeve of the beam end in the core area and the reserved holes in the column.In order to verify the rationality of the joint construction and reveal its working mechanism,three groups of node specimens were designed and produced,and the low⁃cycle reciprocating quasi⁃static destructive tests under three working conditions was carried out with the axial compression ratio and bolt grade of strength as the test variables.The failure form and seismic performance of the nodes were studied,the hysteresis curves and skeleton curves of the specimens were obtained,and the load characteristic values,ductility,energy consumption and stiffness degradation of the nodes were analyzed.The test results show that the failure of the three specimens occur at the beam end,and none of the core areas of the nodes are damaged,which meet the design requirements of"strong node weak member".The hysteresis curves of the specimens are full,the ductility coefficients are greater than 3.6,and the viscous damping coefficients are greater than 1.5,which has good seismic performance.Reducing the bolt grade of strength can improve the joint stiffness,but the impact on the bearing capacity of the nodes is limited;when the axial pressure ratio is increased,the stiffness is significantly increased,but the ductility and energy dissipation capacity are reduced.On the basis of the test results,software ABAQUS was used to parametrically analyze the nodes,and the influence of different parameter on the mechanical properties of the nodes is obtained,so that the test is more contrastive,the analysis is more comprehensive and the conclusion is more accurate.
