摘 要:为提升双向拉伸聚丙烯(bi-axially oriented polypropylene,BOPP)膜的介电性能,在25℃、45℃和60℃下对BOPP膜进行60 min的直接氟化处理。通过直流击穿实验研究试样的直流击穿性能,采用红外光谱、X射线光电子能谱和扫描电镜表征试样的表面物化特征。直流击穿实验表明:25℃、45℃和60℃氟化使BOPP膜的直流击穿场强相对氟化前分别提高了18.35%、22.75%和14.48%。表面物化特征分析表明:直接氟化改变了BOPP膜表层的化学组成和结构,形成了随着氟化温度升高而增厚的氟化层。另外,60℃较高温度氟化使试样表面出现了明显的微裂纹。击穿性能的提升主要是由于氟化引起的界面电场或电极电荷注入的降低及氟化层对电荷进入体内的阻挡,较高温度下氟化产生的试样表面微裂纹对氟化层的电荷阻挡效应有负面影响。In order to improve the dielectric properties of bi-axially oriented polypropylene(BOPP)membrane,BOPP membranes were subjected to direct fluorination at 25℃,45℃,and 60℃for 60 minutes.The direct current(DC)breakdown performances of the samples were studied through DC breakdown tests,and the surface physicochemical characteristics of the samples were characterized by attenuated total reflection infrared(ATR-IR)spectrum,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)analyses and scanning electron microscope(SEM)observation.The DC breakdown tests show that direct fluorinations at 25℃,45℃,and 60℃increase the DC breakdown field intensities of BOPP films by 18.35%,22.75%,and 14.48%,respectively.The analysis of surface physicochemical characteristics shows that direct fluorination has changed the chemical composition and structure of the surface layer of BOPP membranes,forming a fluorinated layer that thickens with the increase of fluorination temperature.In addition,fluorination at a higher temperature of 60℃has caused obvious micro-cracks on the surface of the sample.The improvement in breakdown performance is mainly due to the decrease in interface electric field or electrode charge injection caused by the fluorination,as well as the blocking effect of the fluorinated layer on charge entering into the sample.The micro-cracks on the specimen surface generated by the fluorination at higher temperatures have a negative impact on the charge blocking effect of the fluorinated layer.
