摘　　要：新型冠状病毒(SARS-CoV-2)不仅可以通过呼吸道传播,还可以通过眼部组织传播,甚至有些眼部症状可能先于新冠肺炎发生。到目前为止,SARS-CoV-2引起的眼部病变报道以急性结膜炎最为常见,还包括角膜炎、青光眼、外层巩膜炎及视神经麻痹等。SARS-CoV-2还能进一步感染视网膜组织,患者因此在感染后出现不同程度的视力下降,还有研究发现SARS-CoV-2与血管紧张素转换酶Ⅱ之间的密切联系。现有的临床资料发现,SARS-CoV-2对眼底的影响主要是全身与局部的炎症反应、血液高凝状态与视网膜动静脉和微血管血栓形成,以及血管结构的改变,这些改变很有可能会影响患者的视力预后。本文从目前发现的人类眼底组织感染SARS-CoV-2的可能机制与途径,以及感染后眼底发生病变的研究进展进行综述,为SARS-CoV-2引起的眼底疾病进行早发现、早干预提供参考。Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)can be transmitted not only through the respiratory tract,but also through ocular tissues.Some ocular symptoms may even occur before COVID-19.So far,acute conjunctivitis is the most common ocular disease caused by SARS-CoV-2,including keratitis,glaucoma,outer scleritis,and optic nerve paralysis,etc.SARS-CoV-2 can also infect retinal tissue,causing patients to experience varying degrees of vision loss after infection.Studies have also found that COVID-19 is closely related to angiotensin converting enzymeⅡ.Existing clinical data shows that the main effects of SARS-CoV-2 on the fundus of the eye are systemic and local inflammatory reactions,blood hypercoagulability and retinal arteriovenous and microvascular thrombosis,as well as changes in vascular structure.These changes are likely to affect the visual prognosis of patients.This article will review the possible mechanism and pathway of human fundus tissue infection with SARS CoV2,and the research progress of ocular fundus lesions after infection,so as to provide reference and guidance for early detection and early intervention of ocular fundus diseases caused by novel coronavirus.
