摘 要:加热炉作为热轧阶段的重要设备,其对能源的消耗甚至占到整个热轧工段的1/2以上,由于冷热板坯和碳钢不锈钢板坯所需的加热时间和加热效率不同,因此如何合理地安排装炉计划,在保证质量的前提下提高生产效率,降低能源消耗是钢铁行业十分关心的问题。针对存在混装的加热炉装炉计划,建立了多目标优化数学模型,以最小化热轧机等待时间、最小化板坯总驻炉时间及最小化混装惩罚为目标,通过麻雀搜索的启发式算法进行求解。结果表明,该方法相较于人工排程总驻炉时间减少10.3%,混装惩罚相比人工排程也有所下降。The heating furnace,as an essential equipment in the hot rolling stage,consumes more than half of the energy in the entire hot rolling section.Due to the different heating times and heating effi-ciencies required for cold and hot slabs and carbon steel stainless steel slabs,it is a matter of great concern in the steel industry on how to reasonably arrange the furnace loading plan to improve pro-duction efficiency and reduce energy consumption while ensuring quality.A multi-objective optimiza-tion mathematical model was established for the furnace loading plan with mixed arrangement.The objectives are to minimize the waiting time of the hot rolling mill,minimize the total residence time of the slabs,and minimize the penalty for mixed arrangement.The sparrow search heuristic algorithm is used for solving.The results show that compared to manual scheduling,the total residence time of this method is reduced by 10.3%,and the mixed arrangement penalty is also reduced compared to manu-al scheduling.
