摘 要:设计是竞争的源头,本文对河钢集团唐钢新区流程的设计理论与总体目标、平面布置、车间布置与优化及运行效果等方面进行了剖析。流程以冶金流程工程学理论为指导,采用动态精准设计方法,从总图布置设计、车间平面布置和优化、物流运输设计等方面构建优化的流程网络,实现了简捷、紧凑、集约、顺畅的目标,使“流”的行为按照动态-有序、协同-连续的规范运行,实现运行过程中的耗散“最小化”。投产以来,以信息物理融合的运行思路进一步提升流程动态运行水平,全流程各区段界面运行指标取得显著进步。Design is the original of competition.The design theory and overall objective,plane layout,workshop layout&optimization and operation effect of the Tanggang New Area Process of HBIS Group were analyzed.The process fully implements the theory of metallurgical process engineering,adopts dynamic and precise design methods,and constructs an optimized process network from the as-pects of general layout design,workshop layout and optimization,logistics transportation design,etc.,achieving the goals of simplicity,compactness,intensification,and smoothness.This enables the be-havior of"flow"to operate in accordance with dynamic,orderly,collaborative and continuous stand-ards,and achieves the"minimization"of dissipation during the operation process.Since its produc-tion,significant progress has been made in the operational indicators of various interfaces in the entire process through dynamic operation improving by the idea of cyber phsical systems.
