摘　　要：近年来,乳房整形美容手术取得了显著的进展。隆乳方面对假体的安全性,特别是间变性大细胞淋巴瘤(breast implant-associated anaplastic large cell lymphoma, BIA-ALCL)的关注得到理性审视;经腋窝切口双平面内窥镜隆乳成为中国特色,乳房下皱襞切口假体隆乳手术量显著增加;三平面技术成为讨论的焦点;自体脂肪移植隆乳技术进一步发展,移植技术与相关理论不断完善,局部少量的自体脂肪注射可以安全开展;自体脂肪和假体联合应用得以逐步推广。乳房缩小术近年来数量明显上升。在各种手术方法中,内上蒂垂直瘢痕巨乳缩小术已经成为更多术者及患者优先选择的手术方法。乳房再造方面,随着保留皮肤的改良根治术的开展,以及国内脱细胞真皮的临床应用,应用乳房假体一期即刻乳房再造开始成为乳房再造的主要方法之一。但同时由于假体乳房再造难以解决对称性问题,自体组织乳房再造依然是不可或缺的选项,乳腺外科与整形外科需要就此开展切实有效且更加深入的合作。而男性乳房发育手术进一步微创化,结合自体脂肪抽吸形体雕塑技术,不仅以去除腺体为目标,同时兼顾术后胸壁外形的自然无凹陷。In recent years,significant progress has been made in breast plastic and cosmetic surgery.The safety of breast augmentation with implants,especially concerning the risk of anaplastic large cell lymphoma,has been rationalized.The dual-plane endoscopic breast augmentation via the axillary approach has become a distinctive technique in China,while the submammary fold incision for implant augmentation has significantly increased in recent years.The debate around triple-plane techniques has been arisen by some scholars.Autologous fat grafting for breast augmentation has further developed,with continuous improvement in transplantation techniques and related theories,allowing safe injection of small amounts of fat locally.The combined application of autologous fat and implants is gradually being promoted.The number of breast reduction surgeries has significantly increased in recent years.Among various reduction surgical methods,the vertical scar superior pedicle reduction mammaplasty has become a preferred choice for more surgeons and patients.In breast reconstruction,immediate breast reconstruction using implants has become one of the main methods alongside improved radical mastectomy with skin preservation and the clinical application of acellular dermal matrix domestically.However,due to the difficulty of achieving symmetry with implant-based breast reconstruction,autologous tissue breast reconstruction remains an indispensable option.Collaboration between breast surgeons and plastic surgeons is essential for addressing this effectively.Additionally,minimally invasive techniques for male breast reduction,combined with liposuction for body contouring,aim not only to remove glandular tissue but also to maintain a natural,non-concave chest wall appearance postoperatively.
