摘　　要：目的 探讨注射美容求美者容貌焦虑状况及影响因素。方法 采用随机抽样的方法选取自2023年1—4月,中国医学科学院整形外科医院门诊注射美容中心收治的296例求美者,在注射美容治疗前采用自制问卷及社交容貌焦虑问卷进行调查。结果 注射美容求美者容貌焦虑问卷总平均分为(2.45±0.85)分,处于中等程度。年龄(Z=-1.874,P=0.048)、治疗项目中面部除皱(Z=-2.289,P=0.022)在容貌焦虑总体水平上差异具有统计学意义。年龄、面部除皱治疗(r=-0.115、r=-0.133,均P<0.05)与容貌焦虑呈负相关关系,差异有统计学意义。面部除皱(β=-0.200,t=-2.923)、年龄在面部凹陷填充治疗中(β=0.132,t=1.993)对容貌焦虑程度有显著的解释力。结论 注射美容求美者容貌焦虑程度处于中等水平,且与年龄、面部除皱治疗密切相关,由年龄导致的面部老化是影响容貌焦虑水平的主要影响因素。Objective To explore appearance-related anxiety and its influencing factors among patients undergoing cosmetic injections.Methods A convenience sampling method was employed to select 296 patients from the Cosmetic Injection Center of the Plastic Surgery Hospital of the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences between January and April 2022.Self-administered questionnaires and the social appearance anxiety scale(SAAS)were administered before cosmetic injection treatment.Results Analysis of the collected data unveiled a moderate mean appearance anxiety score(2.45±0.85)among patients seeking cosmetic injections.Notably,age emerged as a significant factor influencing appearance anxiety scores,with a negative correlation observed(r=-0.115,P<0.05).Additionally,patients opting for facial wrinkle removal treatment exhibited lower appearance anxiety scores(Z=-2.289,P=0.022).Spearman correlation analysis further confirmed the negative association of age(r=-0.133,P<0.05)and facial wrinkle removal(r=-0.133,P<0.05)with appearance anxiety.Linear regression analysis highlighted the significant contributions of facial wrinkle removal(β=-0.200,t=-2.923)and facial depression filling(β=0.132,t=1.993)in explaining variance in appearance anxiety.Conclusion The study indicates a relatively low level of appearance anxiety among cosmetic injection patients,with age and facial wrinkle treatments being closely related to influencing factors.Age-related facial aging emerged as a significant factor affecting appearance anxiety.
