摘　　要：介绍了潜在失效模式及后果分析(FMEA)方法应用于水性客车面漆开发的一个实例,并对FMEA实施的步骤和方法进行阐述,说明其在汽车涂料产品开发中的重要作用。This article introduced an example of the application of Potential Failure Mode and Effects Analysis(FMEA)method in the development process of waterborne bus topcoats,elaborates on the steps and methods of FMEA implementation,and explains the important role of FMEA in the development of automotive paint products.
