摘　　要：公司新开发一款新型全封闭商用车,策略是在新能源乘用车涂装线摆杆链上实现其电泳工艺过程。由于此款车型为钢制车顶、货厢无窗、尾门为对开的关闭状态,货厢约50%内腔顶部及两侧电泳不上,直接影响车体的防腐性能。本文围绕设备实现方案、设备改造重难点及注意事项,结合现场实际情况,量身打造一套新型辅助阳极,解决商用盲窗车及封闭性货柜车内腔电泳不上漆膜的问题。The com pany developed a new commercial vehicle,the strategy is to achieve electrophoresis process on the pendulum chain of new energy passenger car painting line.Because it is made of steel roof,closed window and tail door,about 50%of the inner cavity top and two sides are not electrophoresis,which directly affects the anti-corrosion perform ance of the car body.This paper focuses on the key scheme of equipm ent design,the important and difficult points of equipm ent transform ation and matters needing attention,com bined with the actual situation of the site,tailor-made a set of new auxiliary anode,to solve the problem of commercial blind window car and closed container car inside can not electrophoresis paint film.
