怀旧情绪对游客文明旅游行为意愿的影响研究——以福州市烟台山历史风貌区为例

摘  要:以福州市烟台山历史文化风貌区为例,通过构建结构方程模型,从怀旧情绪出发,以旅游体验价值和地方依恋作为中介变量,探析游客文明旅游行为意愿的形成机制。研究结果显示:(1)怀旧情绪显著地正向影响旅游体验价值、地方依恋和游客文明旅游行为意愿;(2)旅游体验价值对地方依恋和游客文明旅游行为意愿存在显著的正向促进作用;(3)地方依恋对旅游体验价值存在显著的正向影响、而对文明旅游行为意愿则没有直接影响作用;(4)旅游体验价值和地方依恋分别在怀旧情绪对游客文明旅游行为意愿的影响机制中起中介作用,且路径“怀旧情绪→旅游体验价值→地方依恋→文明旅游行为意愿”和路径“怀旧情绪→地方依恋→旅游体验价值→文明旅游行为意愿”的链式中介效应均显著。Using the Yantai Mountain Historical and Cultural Scenic Area in Fuzhou City as a case study,this research constructs a structural equation model to explore the formation mechanism of tourists intention for civilized behavior,starting from nostalgia,with tourism experience value and place attachment as mediating variables.The results showed that:(1)Nostalgia significantly and positively affects tourism experience value,place attachment,and civilized tourism behavior intention.(2)Tourism experience value has a significant positive effect on place attachment and tourists civilized behavior intention.(3)Place attachment has a significant positive effect on tourism experience value but no direct effect on tourists civilized behavior intention.(4)Tourism experience value and place attachment act as mediating variables in the influence mechanism of nostalgia on civilized tourism behavior intention.The chain mediating effects of“nostalgia→tourism experience value→place attachment→civilized tourism behavior intention”and“nostalgia→place attachment→tourism experience value→civilized tourism behavior intention”are both significant.
