摘 要:“双碳”目标背景下,建设以电—氢—热多能流耦合的综合能源系统不仅可以解决新能源并网难的问题,也可以促进能源领域降碳减排。对于电—氢—热综合能源系统,以燃料电池与电解池为能源枢纽,实现电—氢—热的相互转换,进一步提高能源的梯级利用效率,增强电网调度灵活性。文中首先建立了一个基于不确定性分析与电价波动的电—氢—热综合能源系统,分析了不同能量消耗方式和电价波动对综合能源系统投资成本的影响;其次,研究了可再生能源的不确定性对系统“弃风、弃光”决策的影响机制。结果表明:综合能源系统可通过电—氢—热3种形式的能量高效转换,实现削峰填谷和长时间储能。由于可再生能源不确定性而产生的“弃风弃光”现象,可通过降低风光发电成本进行消除,进而提高综合能源系统的稳定性和灵活性。Under the background of the‘dual Carbon’goal,the construction of an integrated energy system with electric-Hydrogen-thermal multi-energy flow can not only solve the difficulty of renewable energy grid connection but also promote Carbon reduction and emission in the energy field.For the energy system containing electricity,heat,and gas,the fuel cell and electrolytic cell are taken as the energy hubs to realize the mutual conversion of different kinds of energy,improve the gradient utilization efficiency of energy further,and strengthen the flexibility of grid dispatching.In this paper,an integrated energy system containing electricity,heat,and gas based on uncertainty analysis and electricity price is set up,and the influence of different energy consumption modes and electricity price fluctuation on the cost of the integrated energy system is analyzed.Then,the influence mechanism of the uncertainty of renewable energy on the decision-making process of curtailment of wind and solar energy is studied.The results show that the integrated energy system can realize peak-valley shifting and long-time energy storage by high efficiency.The phenomenon of curtailment of wind and solar energy due to the uncertainty of renewable energy uncertainty can be eliminated by reducing the cost of wind and solar power generation,thereby improving the stability of the integrated energy system.
