摘  要:建立了塑料样品中全氟丁烷磺酸(PFBS)的高效液相色谱-串联质谱测定方法。样品用MeOH∶THF(1∶1)超声萃取,超纯水净化,采用Agilent Poroshell EC-C18(2.1×100 mm, 2.7μm)色谱柱,5 mmol/L醋酸铵水溶液-甲醇作为流动相,在电喷雾负离子模式下,对PFBS进行快速和准确的定性分析,并采用外标法定量。研究表明在PFBS在0.01~0.3 mg/L范围内,方法线性关系良好(R^(2)=0.999 9)。在低、中、高3个加标水平下,PFBS回收率为92.53%~97.99%,方法的定量限(LOQ)和检出限(LOD)分别为0.04 mg/kg和0.012 mg/kg。该方法可靠、灵敏和可靠,可用于塑料样品中全氟丁烷磺酸的测定。A high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(HPLC-MS/MS)method was established for the determination of perfluorobutane sulfonic acid(PFBS)in plastics materials.The sample was extracted by ultrasonic extraction with MeOH∶THF(1∶1),purified by ultrapure water.An Agilent Poroshell EC-C18(2.1×100 mm,2.7μm)column with 5 mmol/L aqueous ammonium acetate-methanol as the mobile phase was used for the rapid and accurate qualitative analysis of PFBS in electrospray anionic mode,and quantified by external standard method.The study showed that the method was linear in range of 0.01~0.3 mg/L for PFBS(R^(2)=0.9999).The recovery rates of PFBS at the low,medium,and high spiking levels were 92.53%to 97.99%.Furthermore,the limits of quantification(LOQ)and limit of detection(LOD)for the method are 0.04 mg/kg and 0.012 mg/kg respectively.The method was reliable,sensitive and dependable for the determination of PFBS in plastic samples.
