摘  要:某肉制品加工企业主要生产产品包括腊肉制品、自热食品、休闲肉制品等,在其产品的生产加工过程中伴随着肉类清洗及加工废水的产生。项目要求出水水质达到《广东省水污染物排放限值》(DB44/26-2016)第二时段三级标准。对肉类加工废水水质的分析表明,这类废水的BOD5/CODCr的比值高达0.5左右,同时这类废水含有氮、磷等多种营养可供微生物生长和繁殖,适合于采用生化作为主,深度为辅组合工艺。因此,预处理采用浅层气浮,生化处理采用UASB+缺氧+接触氧化工艺,深度处理采用混凝沉淀过滤工艺。该组合工艺在运营过程中表现出良好的处理效果,出水稳定达标。A meat processing enterprise mainly produced products including cured meat products,self-heating food,leisure meat products,etc.The meat cleaning and processing wastewater were also produced during the production and processing.The effluent quality of the wastewater shall meet the tertiary standard of the second period of the Guangdong Provincial Water Pollutant Discharge Limit(DB44/26-2016).Water quality analysis of meat processing wastewater showed that the ratio of BOD5/CODCr can reach as high as 0.5.This kind of wastewater contained a variety of nutrients such as nitrogen and phosphorus for microbial growth and reproduction,which was suitable for using biochemistry as the main,depth as the auxiliary combination process.Therefore,shallow air flotation was used for pretreatment,UASB+hypoxia+contact oxidation process was used for biochemical treatment,and coagulation precipitation filtration process was used for advanced treatment.The effluent remains stable and met the emission standard.The combination process had shown good treatment effect in operation.
