摘  要:反应精馏和萃取精馏是化工原理实验中极具代表性的特殊精馏实验,目前实验室有4套性能各异的配套设备。为促进新时期实验教学目标的进一步提高,优化实验设备的性能与寿命,设计研制了一种包含原料储罐、液体输送装置和移动支架的新型进料装置。新装置适用于现有设备,可解决进料不稳定、流量不准确等问题,有效提高设备利用率、性能和寿命,同时独立的进料装置在强化教学效果、引发学生思考与实践方面有突出效果。Reactive distillation and extractive distillation were very representative special distillation experiments in chemical principle experiments,there were 4 sets of equipment with different performance in the laboratory currently.In order to promote the further improvement of experimental teaching objectives in the new era and optimize the performance and life of existing experimental equipment,a new feeding device including raw material storage tank,liquid transfer device and mobile support was developed and designed.The new device was suitable for the existing special distillation equipment,which can solve the problems of unstable feeding and inaccurate flow,effectively improve the utilization rate,performance and life of the equipment,and the independent feeding device has outstanding effects in strengthening the teaching effect and triggering students'thinking and practice.
