摘 要:近年来,我国光伏能源飞速发展,对晶体硅片的需求量逐年大幅增加。但在生产太阳能硅片过程中,会产生大量的切割废料,有效地回收利用该废料已成为亟待解决的问题。本研究以金刚线切割硅片废料为原料,考察不同反应条件对制备4.8模数硅酸钾的影响。试验确定最佳的反应条件为:采用分批缓慢将前处理后的回收硅粉加入到预热好的碱液中反应的加料方式,控制反应温度为50~60℃,反应时间为4~5 h。区别于传统的硅酸钾生产方法,本方法在常压下,即可生产出模数高达4.8、稳定性良好的无色透明硅酸钾,为金刚线切割硅片废料的回收利用,提供了一个新的处理方法。In recent years,China's photovoltaic energy has developed rapidly,and the demand for crystalline silicon wafers has increased significantly year by year.A large amount of cutting waste was produced during the production process of solar wafers.And recycling this waste effectively becomes an urgent problem to be solved.The effect of different reaction conditions on the preparation of 4.8 modulus potassium silicate from diamond wire silicon wafer cutting waste was investigated.The experiment data showed the optimal reaction conditions were using a slow addition of silicon powder in batches,controlling the reaction temperature at 50~60℃,and the reaction time at 4~5 h.Under normal pressure,this method could produce colorless transparent potassium silicate with a modulus of 4.8 and good stability.A new method was providedfor the recycling and utilization of silicon wafer waste from diamond wire cutting.
