摘 要:配备AMT机械式自动变速器的车辆在换挡时变速器的速比会突然发生变化,致使发动机输出轴和变速器输出轴之间产生转速差、车辆出现冲击、离合器产生过度磨损等情况。基于此,提出了换挡过程中精确控制发动机转速和转矩的反馈控制、时间最优控制和PID控制相结合的协调控制算法,以及利用电机的辅助作用,快速补充换挡过程中的动力中断,提高了换挡品质。建立综合考虑发动机、电动机、离合器和电子节气门相互协调控制的换挡控制策略。通过仿真试验,表明该控制策略能有效地提高换挡品质。Vehicles equipped with AMT mechanical automatic transmissions will experience sudden changes in the speed ratio of the transmission during gear shifting,resulting in a speed difference between the engine output shaft and the transmission output shaft,vehicle impact,and excessive clutch wear.A control algorithm was proposed to accurately control the engine speed and torque during the shifting process,which combines feedback control,time optimal control,and PID control.The coordinated control algorithm also utilizes the auxiliary function of the motor to quickly supplement the power interruption during the shifting process and improve the shifting quality.A shift control strategy has been established that comprehensively considers the coordinated control of the engine,electric motor,clutch,and electronic throttle.Simulation experiments have shown that this control strategy can effectively improve shift quality.
