摘 要:为提高功能梯度材料(FGMs)流固耦合传热性能分析的准确性,本文提出了一种二维FGMs流固耦合传热问题一体化计算方法。基于有限体积法离散控制方程,将物性参数和变量储存在单元中心,把耦合面当成特殊的内部面处理,采用中心差分格式处理离散方程中的面单元参数。通过FGMs圆环热传导算例,讨论了高斯法和最小二乘法两种梯度求解方法对于不同网格的适应性。结果表明,对于非结构化网格,最小二乘法比高斯法具有更好的适应性。对于结构化网格,两种方法都具有良好的适用性。因此,本文采用最小二乘法计算离散方程中的梯度,应用有限体积法求解FGMs方板热传导、自然对流和FGMs流固耦合传热问题。计算结果与文献或商用软件计算结果吻合良好,验证了本文方法的有效性。To improve the accuracy of fluid-structure coupled heat transfer performance analysis of functionally graded materials(FGMs),an integrated calculation method for fluid-structure coupled heat transfer problems of two-dimensional FGMs was proposed in this paper.Based on discrete control equations of the finite volume method,the physical parameters and variables were stored in the center of the cell,the coupling surface was treated as a special internal surface,and the central difference format was used to deal with the parameters of the surface cell in the discrete equations.Through the FGMs ring heat conduction example,the adaptability of the two gradient solution methods of Gauss method and least square method to different grids was discussed.The results show that for unstructured grids,the least square method has better adaptability than Gauss method;for structured grids,both methods have good applicability.Therefore,in this paper,the least square method was used to calculate the gradient in the discrete equation,and the finite volume method was used to solve the FGMs plate heat conduction,the square cavity natural convection and fluid-structure coupled heat transfer problems of FGMs plate.The results were in good agreement with the calculation results of literature or commercial software,which verifies the validity of the method in this paper.
