摘 要:以沧州市某污水处理厂为例,针对总磷达标问题,设计开发了基于正磷酸盐在线分析仪的化学除磷精确投加系统,可设定开环和闭环运行模式,其闭环模式采用前馈+反馈的控制策略。实际应用效果表明,该系统可实现除磷工艺和除磷剂投加的精细化调控,除磷效率显著提高,运行成本大幅降低。在进水总磷含量增加31.3%的情况下,除磷剂投加量节约35.2%,一年内即可收回系统的建设成本,经济效益显著,同时保证了出水总磷稳定达标。Taking a wastewater treatment plant(WWTP)in Cangzhou City as an example,a precise dosing system for chemical phosphorus removal based on orthophosphate online analyzer was designed and developed.The system can be set to open loop and closed loop operation mode,and the closed loop mode adopted the feedforward and feedback control strategy.The application effect of the system in the WWTP shows that the system realized the fine control of phosphorus removal process and chemicals,phosphorus removal efficiency was significantly improved,and the operation cost was greatly reduced.When the total influent phosphorus was increased by 31.3%,the amount of phosphorus removal chemicals was reduced by 35.2%,and the construction cost of the system could be recovered within one year,with remarkable economic benefits to ensure the stable up‑to‑standard of TP.
