摘 要:分别以Al-Mg和Al-Mg-Sc焊丝作为填充材料,采用MIG焊接工艺对20 mm厚7A52铝合金板进行对接焊。分析了Sc对接头显微组织、力学性能、孔隙率的影响。结果表明:Sc的添加使熔敷金属的抗拉强度和断后伸长率分别提高了3.1%和9.1%,使其横截面的气孔率下降了66.4%;焊接接头抗拉强度和断后伸长率分别提高了3.5%和1.6%,拉伸断裂机制为韧性断裂。此外,Sc的添加细化了熔敷金属和焊缝的晶粒;使焊缝边缘组织的柱状晶的轴比降低;并在熔合区生成Al_(3)Sc粒子,成为MgZn_(2)的形核点,促进Zn向熔合区扩散。Using Al⁃Mg and Al⁃Mg⁃Sc welding wires as filler materials,the 20 mm 7A52 aluminum alloy plate was butt welded by MIG welding process.The effects of Sc on the microstructure,mechanical properties and porosity of the joint were analyzed.The results show that the addition of Sc increases the tensile strength and elongation of the deposited metal by 3.1%and 9.1%,respectively,and decreases the porosity of the cross section by 66.4%.The tensile strength and elongation of welded joints are increased by 3.5%and 1.6%respectively,and the tensile fracture mechanism is ductile fracture.In addition,the addition of Sc refines the grains of the deposited metal and the weld center area.The axial ratio of the columnar crystal at the edge of the weld is reduced.Al_(3)Sc particles are formed in the fusion zone,which become the nucleation point of MgZn_(2) and promote the diffusion of Zn to the fusion zone.
