摘　　要：为了提高建筑外墙钢板的使用寿命,增强建筑的防水效果,用甲苯二异氰酸酯、聚醚多元醇等原料制备聚氨酯预聚体。分别添加质量分数为1%~6%的纳米TiO_(2)、纳米ZnO、纳米SiO_(2)复合改性剂,制备出3种纳米复合聚氨酯防水涂料试样,并测试每种试样的耐化学腐蚀性能、撕裂强度及使用性能。结果表明:在3种试样中,添加纳米TiO_(2)、纳米ZnO的试样黏度、耐化学腐蚀性能、耐水性均低于添加纳米SiO_(2)的试样。添加纳米SiO_(2)的试样不仅具有良好的外观,且撕裂强度与穿刺力较高,可确保涂料良好的耐划伤能力。其中,添加质量分数为4%的纳米SiO_(2)试样的使用性能及拉伸性能更佳。因此,选用添加质量分数为4%的纳米SiO_(2)的复合聚氨酯防水涂料作为建筑外墙钢板涂料较好。In order to prolong the service life of the exterior steel plate and enhance the waterproof effect of the building,polyurethane prepolymers were prepared from toluene diisocyanate and polyether polyol.Three kinds of nano⁃composite polyurethane waterproof coating samples were prepared by adding 1%⁃6%nano⁃TiO_(2),nano⁃ZnO and nano⁃SiO_(2)composite modifiers,and the chemical corrosion resistance,tear strength and service performance of each sample were tested.The results show that the viscosity,chemical corrosion resistance and water resistance of the samples with nano⁃TiO_(2)and nano⁃ZnO are lower than those with nano⁃SiO_(2).The sample with nano⁃SiO_(2)added not only has good appearance,but also has high tear strength and puncture force,which can ensure good scratch resistance of the coating.Among them,the use and tensile properties of nano⁃SiO_(2)samples with a mass fraction of 4%are better.Therefore,it is better to choose a composite polyurethane waterproof coating with a mass fraction of 4%nano SiO_(2)as a coating for the exterior wall steel plate.
