摘 要:用高强螺栓与Q345B钢制备方钢管柱螺栓连接节点试件,分别施加80、120、160 kN的预紧力,制成3种不同预紧力的连接节点试件。通过落锤冲击试验对试件施加单向载荷,并进行承载力与耗能测试,分析单向载荷下方钢管柱螺栓连接节点的抗冲击性能。结果表明:当单向载荷冲击速度较大时,试件的冲击力、位移均增大;其中,施加160 kN预紧力的试件的冲击力与位移始终较低,且冲击持续时间较短,具有良好的抗冲击效果;当试件经单向载荷冲击后,3组试件的极限承载力均有所降低,但施加160 kN预紧力的试件的承载力与耗能较高。因此得出,施加160 kN预紧力的方钢管柱螺栓连接节点抗冲击性能最优,更适用于高层建筑钢结构。The joint specimens were connected with high⁃strength bolts and Q345B steel spare square steel pipe column bolts.Three kinds of joint specimens with different preloading forces were made by applying 80 kN,120 kN and 160 kN respectively.Through the drop hammer impact test,unidirectional load was applied to the specimen,and the bearing capacity and energy consumption were tested,and the impact resistance of the steel pipe bolt joint under unidirectional load was analyzed.The results show that when the impact velocity of unidirectional load is large,the impact force and displacement of the specimen increase.Among them,the impact force and displacement of the specimen with 160 kN preload are always low,and the impact duration is short,which has a good impact resistance effect.When the specimens were impacted by unidirectional load,the ultimate bearing capacity of the three groups of specimens is reduced,but the bearing capacity and energy consumption of the specimens with 160 kN preload are higher.Therefore,it is concluded that the bolt⁃connected joints with 160 kN preload applied to square steel pipe column have the best impact resistance and are more suitable for high⁃rise building steel structures.
