摘 要:针对航天运载、战术武器领域的铝合金产品表面腐蚀问题,对比铝合金在切削液原液与劣化液中的腐蚀行为,重点研究了切削液中微生物滋生对腐蚀行为的影响,并根据研究结果开展劣化切削液的除菌技术研究,对比紫外线(UV)、臭氧(O_(3))、UV/O_(2)以及UV/O_(3)四种劣化切削液除菌处理方法对切削液性能的恢复程度。应用能谱仪(EDS)、荧光显微镜与表面轮廓仪等工具,基于电化学方法观察铝合金材料表面微生物附着与腐蚀情况,对比研究了铝合金表面的腐蚀行为。结果表明,细菌微生物的大量繁殖是铝合金在劣化切削液中表面腐蚀的原因,通过对比发现,铝合金在含微生物的切削液试样中的腐蚀速度明显增高,在劣化切削液的四种除菌处理方法中,UV/O_(2)处理效果最佳,处理3h后的切削废液中24h后铝合金表面基本无腐蚀。In response to the surface corrosion problem of aluminum alloy products in the fields of aerospace delivery and tactical weapons,the corrosion behavior of aluminum alloy in cutting fluid stock solution and degraded solution is compared,with a focus on the influence of microbial growth in cutting fluid on corrosion behavior.Based on the results,research is conducted on the sterilization technology of degraded cutting fluid,the degree of recovery of cutting fluid performance by four degraded cutting fluid sterilization treatment methods:ultraviolet(UV),ozone(O_(3)),UV/O_(2),and UV/O_(3) is compared.By using tools such as energy dispersive spectrometer(EDS),fluorescence microscopy,and surface profiler,as well as electrochemical methods,the corrosion behavior of aluminum alloy surfaces is compared by observing the adhesion and corrosion of microorganisms on the surface.The results indicate that the reason for surface corrosion of aluminum alloy in degraded cutting fluid is the proliferation of bacteria and microorganisms.Through comparison,it is found that the corrosion rate of aluminum alloy in samples containing microorganisms in the cutting fluid significantly increases.Among the four sterilization treatment methods of degraded cutting fluid,UV/O_(2) treatment have the best effect,and the surface of aluminum alloy is basically free of corrosion after 24 hours in the cutting wastewater after 3 hours of treatment.
