摘　　要：为推动新时期节水产业高质量发展,探讨了节水产业的定义和内涵,针对节水产业发展现状与问题,提出明确产业主体、坚持“两手发力”、做好供需匹配的节水产业高质量发展思路和“问诊供需关系、服务供需对接、畅通供需循环”的“三步走”新时期节水产业高质量发展路径,以期为节水产业的高质量发展提供参考和依据。In order to promote the high-quality development of water-saving industry in the new era,the definition and connotation of water-saving industry are discussed.In view of the current situation and problems of the water-saving industry,a high-quality development idea of water-saving industry is proposed which includes clarifying the industrial entities,leveraging the strengths of the government and the market,and matching well supply and demand.Through the three-step approach of“inquiring supply and demand relationship,serving supply and demand contact and smoothing supply and demand cycle”,it proposes a high quality development path of water-saving industry in the new era,so as to provide reference and basis for the high-quality development of the water-saving industry.
