低碳经济背景下我国对外贸易发展现状及对策

摘　　要：低碳经济和绿色贸易是当前世界各国关注的热点,也成为全球经济发展的新方向。发展低碳经济已成为应对贸易关税变化、克服贸易壁垒以及全球经济增长动力合理化的必然要求,而我国低碳经济发展还存在低碳理念匮乏、贸易结构不合理、低碳技术落后、相关法律法规缺少等问题。基于此,进行产业结构调整,逐步实现低碳化出口;加大科研力度,提高企业整体低碳技术;制定合理规则,构建低碳经济法律法规,是我国发展低碳经济、促进绿色贸易的有效策略。The low-carbon economy and green trade are currently the hot spots of concern for countries all over the world,and have also become the new direction of global economic development.The low-carbon economy has become an inevitable requirement for responding to changes in trade tariffs,overcoming trade barriers and rationalizing the dynamics of global economic growth.However,there are the following problems in the development of low-carbon economy in China:lack of low-carbon concepts,irrational trade structure,backward low-carbon technology,and lack of relevant laws and regulations.Based on these,China’s effective strategies for the development of low-carbon economy and the promotion of green trade are as follows:industrial structural adjustment,gradually realizing low-carbon exports;increasing scientific research efforts to improve the overall low-carbon technology of enterprises,and formulating reasonable rules and regulations to build laws and regulations on low-carbon economy.
