摘　　要：高校教师党支部书记作为学术和党建“双带头人”,其头雁效应发挥成效有赖于其非权力影响力。因此,基于非权力影响力理论,在对高校教师党支部书记岗位特征分析的基础上,从升华思想道德素养、强化政治理论水平、提升教学科研能力、培育亲和力等四个方面探究塑造高校教师党支部书记影响力,触发教师党支部书记头雁效应形成的路径。As the“double leader”of academic and party building,the head goose effect of the secretary of the Party branch of university teachers depends on his non-power influence.Based on the theory of non-power influence and the analysis of the characteristics of the position of Party branch secretary of university teachers,this paper explores the ways to shape the influence of Party branch secretary of university teachers and trigger the formation of the head goose effect from four aspects:sublimating ideological and moral quality,strengthening political theory level,improving teaching and research ability,and cultivating affinity.
