摘 要:无极绳绞车因其运载量大、可无转载连续运输等优点广泛应用于井下运输,但控制系统存在启停冲击大、调速不平滑等缺陷。针对上述问题,对无极绳绞车调速级控制方式进行研究,提出了一种采用内环PID控制、外环模糊控制的变频调速控制策略,并对相应控制系统进行设计。系统采用PLC+变频器的调速控制方案,可实现对绞车的自动启停及自适应调速控制,基于模糊PID的控制策略可进一步提高系统控制精度及响应速度,有效提高绞车运行效率。The endless rope winch is widely used in underground transportation due to its advantages such as large carrying capacity and continuous transportation without load transfer.However,its control system has defects such as large start stop impact and unsmooth speed regulation.In response to the above issues,this article conducted research on the speed control method of the endless rope winch,proposed a variable frequency speed control strategy using inner loop PID control and outer loop fuzzy control,and designs the corresponding control system.The system adopts a speed control scheme of PLC+frequency converter,which can achieve automatic start stop and adaptive speed control of the winch.The control strategy based on fuzzy PID can further improve the system control accuracy and response speed,effectively improving the operating efficiency of the winch.
