摘  要:为解决近距离条件下上覆遗留煤柱作用下造成下伏巷道掘进变形大、原有支护方案无法有效控制围岩变形的问题,以沙曲二矿5303工作面机轨合一巷为工程背景,采用理论分析、数值模拟及现场矿压监测等方法,分析了上覆采空区遗留煤柱向底板煤岩体传递载荷规律,研究了采动作用下底板破坏特征,提出了上覆遗留煤柱影响区内巷道综合支护技术。结果表明:遗留煤柱区在煤层底板造成明显的应力集中现象,基于塑性滑移线场理论计算获得底板破坏深度为6.38 m,机轨合一巷处于破坏深度边缘;提出了巷道迎头锚网索支护+滞后巷道顶板桁架锚索补强支护以及单体液压支柱+∏型钢梁加强支护的综合支护方案。数值模拟和现场矿压监测表明:巷道顶底板移近量和两帮变形量分别为210 mm和151 mm,顶部锚杆和锚索受力分别为142.4 kN和245 kN,均在可控范围内,该技术为在构造影响区、高应力区等特殊条件下巷道支护提供了借鉴。In order to solve the problem that the excavation deformation of the underlying roadway is large and the original supporting scheme cannot effectively control the deformation of the surrounding rock under the action of the overlying residual coal pillar under the condition of close distance,taking the machine-rail integrated roadway of No.5303 working face of Shaqu No.2 Coal Mine as the engineering background,the theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and on-site mine pressure monitoring were used to analyze the load transfer law from the residual coal pillar of the overlying goaf to the coal and rock mass of the floor.The failure characteristics of the floor under the mining action were studied,and the comprehensive supporting technology of the roadway in the affected area of the overlying residual coal pillar was proposed.The results showed that the residual coal pillar area caused obvious stress concentration in the coal seam floor,based on the plastic slip line field theory,the failure depth of the floor was 6.38 m,and the machine-rail integrated roadway was at the edge of the failure depth.The comprehensive supporting scheme of roadway head-on anchor cable supporting+lag roadway roof truss anchor cable reinforcement supporting and single hydraulic prop+∏type steel beam strengthening supporting was proposed.Numerical simulation and on-site mine pressure monitoring showed that the displacement of the roof and floor of the roadway and the deformation of the two sides were 210 mm and 151 mm,respectively,and the top bolt and anchor cable force were 142.4 kN and 245 kN,respectively,both within a controllable range.This technology provides reference for roadway supporting under special conditions such as tectonic influence zones and high stress zones.
