摘 要:通过实测矿压数据与数值模拟相结合的研究方法,以林盛煤矿1201工作面为工程背景,对大倾角煤层回撤通道应力演化规律进行研究,提出了一种采用采煤机扩巷结合“锚杆(索)+金属网”联合支护技术,并进行现场应用。与传统预掘回撤通道相比,该技术能显著减少巷道掘进量,降低劳动强度,节约煤炭资源,并加快通道施工速度,为矿井高产高效提供了保障。与传统双通道回撤技术相比,采用回撤安装同步技术不仅能加快通道施工进度,还大幅降低了作业人员的工作强度,最大限度地减少了煤炭资源的浪费。该技术的成功应用,为宝鼎矿区和西南煤矿等相似工作面设备回撤安装提供了成功经验,同时也为东北矿区乃至更广泛区域内具有复杂地质条件的工作面回撤提供了借鉴。By combining on-site mine pressure data with numerical simulation,and taking the No.1201 working face of Linsheng Coal Mine as the engineering background,the stress fireworks pattern of the retraction channel in the large angle coal seam was studied.A technology combining the expansion of the coal mining machine with the combination of"anchor rod(cable)+metal mesh"support was proposed and applied on site.Compared with traditional pre-excavated retraction channel,this technology can significantly reduce the amount of roadway excavation,lower labor intensity,conserve coal resources,and speed up the construction of channels,providing a guarantee for high-yield and efficient mine operation.In contrast to the traditional dual-channel retraction technology,adopting theretraction and installation synchronization technology can not only accelerate the construction progress of the retraction but also greatly reduce the work intensity of the staff and minimize the waste of coal resources.The successful application of this technology provides valuable experience for the retraction and installation of similar working face equipment in mining areas such as Baoding mining area and southwest coal mines,and also offers reference for the retraction of working faces with complex geological conditions in the northeast mining area and beyond.
