摘  要:高度卡尺自动检定仪是基于摄像技术和图像处理的现代自动化测量仪器。针对高度卡尺自动检定仪设计的要求,分析其测量原理及确定其主要参数,珠丝杆组件作为核心的零部件,以此为对象运用力学理论对其轴向刚度、标准扭矩、轴向载荷以容许最高转速进行理论计算,并根据仪器示值误差符合性评定的基本要求,对所设计的高度卡尺自动检定仪的不确定度进行分析与验证,说明高度卡尺自动检定仪关键参数设计合理,能够满足实际应用要求。The height caliper automatic calibration instrument is a modern automated measuring instrument based on camera technology and image processing.In response to the design requirements of the automatic calibration instrument for height calipers,the measurement principle is analyzed and its main parameters are determined.The ball screw assembly is the core component,and mechanical theory is used to theoretically calculate its axial stiffness,standard torque,and axial load at the allowable maximum rotational speed.Furthermore,based on the basic requirements for evaluating the compliance of instrument indication errors,the uncertainty of the designed automatic verification system for height calipers is analyzed and verified.The results show that the key parameter design of the automatic verification system for height calipers is reasonable and can meet the practical application requirements.
