乡村振兴战略下陇南农村体育休闲产业开发与实践研究

摘　　要：体育休闲产业可优化农村产业结构,带动农村经济增长。陇南农村体育休闲产业目前家庭作坊式的经营模式使农村体育休闲产业开发缺乏导向性与多样性,村落体育及其主体的缺场使农村体育休闲产业整合缺乏能动性与创造性,基层目标人才资源短缺使其开发与整合缺乏创新驱动与内化。目前,陇南农村体育休闲产业资源开发与整合存在一定的优势,农家庄园的兴起和稳步发展是实践的先决条件,独具特色的村落体育资源是其基础保障,源于地方的专业人才资源是体育休闲产业开发与实践的关键驱动。为实现陇南农村体育休闲产业开发与整合,建议以联动式农家庄园为载体,创建多点辐射村镇的健身与康养一体的体育休闲产业;以新时代村落体育为依托,挖掘多种人群参与的竞技与休闲一体的体育休闲产业;以校企政府合作为手段,开拓专业人才领军的高质量、优服务一体的体育休闲产业。Sports leisure industry can optimize the industrial structure in rural areas and boost their economic growth.Now in rural Longnan,its current family-run business model of the sports leisure industry undermines the orientation and diversity of the development of the rural sports leisure industry.The absence of village sports and its subjectivity leads to less initiative and creativity in the integration of rural sports leisure industry.Moreover,the shortage of grass-roots target talents results in less innovation and internalization of human resources.At present,some advantages do exist in the development and integration of sports leisure industry in rural Longnan.The rise and steady development of rural manor work as the prerequisite for further practice,unique village sports resources serve as its foundation,and the indigenous specialized talents are the key drive for the development and practice of sports leisure industry.In order to develop and integrate the sports leisure industry in Longnan’s rural areas,it is proposed to create a multi-point sports leisure industry that integrates fitness and health care in villages and towns with the carrier of linkage-type rural manor.By relying on rural sports in the New Era,we aim to explore the sports and leisure industry that integrates various groups’participation and combines competition and leisure.By means of cooperation between schools,enterprises and the government,we will build up a sports leisure industry with high quality and excellent service led by professional talents.
