失能老人精神健康问题的社会工作干预模式与策略研究——以S市K机构的社工服务为例

摘　　要：随着人口老龄化趋势加剧,长期失能老人的精神健康问题已成为一个全球性的社会关注焦点。以S市K机构的社工服务为例,通过问卷调查和深入访谈的方法进行研究,发现S市K机构采用多种社会工作干预模式和策略,包括个体辅导、家庭支持和社区资源整合等。这些直接和间接的干预模式与策略在提供情感支持、信息传递、资源协调方面发挥了重要作用,能够极为有效地帮助失能老人改善精神健康问题。With the population ageing intensifying,the mental health of the chronically disabled elderly has become a global concern.By means of questionnaire and in-depth interview among K agency in S city,whose social work service works as an example,this paper finds that various social work invention models and strategies are adopted in it,including individual counseling,family support,and community resource integration.And both direct and indirect intervention models have played a crucial role in emotional support,information transmission,and resource coordination,all of which are conducive to the improvement of mental health of the disabled elderly.
