基于高光谱数据的淤泥质岸滩信息提取

摘  要:淤泥质岸滩作为沿海关键生态系统,在维持生态平衡、防止海岸侵蚀、提供重要经济资源等方面发挥着重要作用。自2019年发射以来,ZY1-02D卫星在海岸带生态环境监测领域展现出广阔的应用前景,该卫星搭载的AHSI传感器能够获取高分辨率的光谱图像,为海岸带生态环境的遥感监测提供强有力的技术支持。文章利用2023年7月2日获取的河北沧州沿海区域的ZY1-02D AHSI卫星数据,结合六类样本数据,借助随机森林分类算法,构建了基于ZY1-02D AHSI卫星数据的淤泥质岸滩遥感提取分类模型,并利用该模型对沧州沿海地区的淤泥质岸滩分布进行了信息提取。研究结果显示,利用该分类模型提取的沧州沿海淤泥质岸滩的总体分类精度为87.5%,Kappa系数为88.16%。该研究成果可为分析沧州沿海淤泥质岸滩的分布演变规律,以及进一步治理沿海生态环境提供技术指引。As a key coastal ecosystem,muddy coasts play a key role in maintaining ecological balance,preventing coastal erosion,and providing important economic resources.Since its launch in 2019,the ZY1-02D satellite has exhibited great prospects in coastal ecological and environmental monitoring.The AHSI sensor carried by the satellite can obtain high-resolution spectral images,providing strong technical support for remote sensing and monitoring of coastal ecological environment.In this context,the article uses the ZY1-02D AHSI satellite data of the coastal area of Cangzhou,Hebei Province,which was obtained on July 2,2023,combined with six types of sample data,to construct a remote extraction and classification model by means of the random forest classification algorithm.The model is used to extract information on the distribution of muddy coasts.The research findings show that the overall accuracy of the model is 87.5%,with a Kappa coefficient of 88.16%.This result can provide reference for analyzing the distribution and evolution patterns of muddy coasts in Cangzhou,as well as further enhancing the coastal ecological environment.
