摘  要:非城镇地区的小型生物质发电锅炉缺乏低成本的烟气环保在线监测系统。针对该问题,文章设计了生物质发电锅炉烟气氮氧化物在线监测系统。该系统以Arduino为控制器,包含氮氧化物传感器模块、SIM900A短信模块、声光报警模块、数据上云模块及LabVIEW上位机模块。氮氧化物探测器用于采集烟气中的污染物含量,当氮氧化物含量高于设定阈值时,系统启动声光报警装置并通过SIM900A短信模块向指定号码发送报警短信。Lab VIEW上位机实时显示并保存各个传感器采集的数据。该系统成本低廉,具备远程监测功能,可为环保部门提供有效的监督手段。In response to the issue of the lack of a low-cost online monitoring systems for flue gas environmental protection,the article designs an online monitoring system for nitrogen oxides in the biomass power generation boilers.The system uses Arduino as a controller and contains modules of a nox sensor,SIM900A SMS,acoustic and light alarm,data cloud module,and LabVIEW upper computer.The nox detector is used to collect the pollutant content in the flue gas.When the content exceeds the set threshold,the system will activate the acoustic and light alarm and send a message to the designated number through the SIM900A SMS module.The LabVIEW upper computer displays and saves real-time data collected by various sensors.The system is inexpensive and has remote monitoring function,which can provide effective means of supervision for environmental protection departments.
