摘　　要：针对传统单个地块、碎片化的城市更新方式面临的困境,提出统筹更新的理念,并基于城市更新专项规划中的统筹更新要求,提出城市更新专项规划的“更新资源识别与更新潜力评估—更新战略目标与更新重点任务制定—更新单元分类指引—更新行动计划指引—更新实施机制指引”统筹更新路径,分别从更新空间、更新战略、更新策略、更新行动、更新实施等5个方面进行统筹,有序推进城市统筹更新。同时,以浙江省永康市为例,探索如何在城市更新专项规划实践中进行统筹更新,以期为其他城市的城市更新专项规划提供参考。In view of the difficulties faced by the traditional urban renewal mode of single plots and fragmentation,the concept of integrated renewal is proposed,and based on the integrated renewal requirements in urban renewal special planning,the integrated renewal path of urban renewal special planning is put forward as"renewal resources identification and renewal potential assessment-renewal strategic objectives and renewal key task formulation-renewal unit classification guidance-renewal action plan guidance-renewal implementation mechanism guidance",and it is argued that integrated renewal should be carried out from five aspects:renewal space,renewal strategy,renewal tactics,renewal action,and renewal implementation.Then,taking Yongkang city in Zhejiang province as an example,how to conduct integrated renewal in the practice of urban renewal special planning is discussed,in order to provide reference for the urban renewal special planning of other cities.
