摘 要:为筛选适宜浙江楠扦插的植物生长调节剂,文章以浙江楠半木质化枝条为试材,采用3因素4水平正交试验设计,研究不同植物生长调节剂种类、质量浓度及处理时间对浙江楠插穗新梢生长及生根情况的影响。结果表明,生长调节剂处理对插穗新梢生长及生根情况有明显的促进作用。IBA+1 200 mg·L-1+浸泡1.00 h组合条件下插穗生根率最高,该组合扦插苗生长表现最佳。生长调节剂种类、浓度及浸泡时间3个因素中生长调节剂种类对插穗生根数量、生根率的影响最大。4种生长调节剂中ABT处理对插穗新梢长度的促进作用最好,IAA处理的生根数量最多。In order to select suitable plant growth regulators for cutting of Phoebe chekiangensis,the semi-lignified branches were used as test materials,and the effects of different types,mass concentration and treatment time of plant growth regulators on new shoot growth and rooting conditions of softwood cuttings were studied by 3-factor and 4-level orthogonal experimental design.The results showed that different treatment of growth regulator could significantly promote the rooting and shoot growth of cuttings.Under the condition of IBA+1200 mg·L-1+soaking for 1.00 h,the rooting rate was at the highest level,and the cutting growth performance of this combination was the best.The types of growth regulators had the greatest impact on the number of roots and rooting rates.Among the four growth regulators,ABT treatment had the best effect on new shoot growth,IBA treatment had the best effect on the number of rooting.
