江西发现两栖动物新记录种——潮汕蝾螈

摘　　要：2018年5月,在江西省乐安县招携镇(27.162639°N,115.918945°E,海拔338 m)和宜黄县黄陂镇(27.327765°N,116.064343°E,海拔661 m)进行两栖动物调查时,采集到1号和2号蝾螈属(Cynops)物种标本,经形态特征比较和线粒体COI基因测序比对,确定此次采集的标本均为有尾目(Anura)蝾螈科(Ranidae)蝾螈属的潮汕蝾螈(Cynops orphicus),系江西省两栖动物分布新记录。In May 2018,amphibians were investigated in Zhaoxie Town,Le′an County,Jiangxi Province(27.162639°N,115.918945°E,Altitude:318 m),and Huangpi Town(27.327765°N,116.064343°E,Altitude:661 m),Yihuang County,Jiangxi Province.No.1 and No.2 Cynops orphicus specimens were collected.After morphological characteristics comparison and mitochondrial COI gene sequencing comparison,it was determined that the collected specimens were C.orphicus of Anura,Ranidae and Cynops.It is a new record of amphibian distribution in Jiangxi Province.
