摘　　要：近年来有越来越多有关维生素D与女性生殖系统功能关系的研究发现,卵巢中多种激素的生成受维生素D影响。维生素D通过提高卵巢储备,促进卵泡发育和排卵,改善子宫发育和子宫内膜容受性,但其在辅助生殖技术(ART)中的应用仍存在争议。维生素D水平还与多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)和子宫内膜异位症(EMs)的发病和症状有关。此外,维生素D的季节性波动也影响生育。本文综述了维生素D对卵巢激素、生育力和生殖疾病的影响,以期探索应用维生素D预防和治疗不孕的新思路。Currently,there have been increasing researches on the relationship between vitamin D and function of the female reproductive system which find that vitamin D affects the production of multiple ovarian hormones.Vitamin D increases ovarian reserve,promotes follicular development and ovulation,and improves uterine development and endometrial receptivity.While there is controversy over its application in assisted reproduction technology(ART).Vitamin D levels are also associated with the onset and symptoms of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)and endometriosis(EMs).Furthermore,seasonal changes of vitamin D also affect fertility.In order to further explore the new idea of vitamin D applications in the prevention and treatment of infertility,this paper reviews researches on the influence of vitamin D on ovarian hormones,fertility and reproductive diseases.
