摘  要:以上下装配孔板的圆筒形蓄热水罐为研究对象,搭建蓄热水罐蓄热性能实验台。设计多工况实验条件,以斜温层厚度为评价指标,研究孔板布水结构参数(开孔面积比、开孔数量)对蓄热性能的影响。在蓄热水罐中布置孔板,可以有效延长蓄热过程中斜温层的持续时间,减小生成的斜温层厚度。对于单孔、多孔孔板方案,最佳开孔面积比均为0.2。A cylindrical thermal storage water tank with orifice plates above and below is taken as the research object,and a thermal storage performance experimental platform is constructed for the thermal storage water tank.Multiple operational conditions are designed,the thickness of the thermocline is used as the evaluation index to study the influence of pore plate water distribution structure parameters(hole area ratio and number of holes)on thermal storage performance.Placing orifice plates in the heat storage water tank can effectively prolong the duration of the thermocline during the heat storage process and reduce the thickness of the generated thermocline.For both single hole and porous hole plate schemes,the optimal ratio of opening area is 0.2.
