架空保温管制造工艺与节能支架性能比较

摘  要:进行现场制作、预制架空保温管制造工艺对比,介绍节能滑动支架、节能固定支架结构,分析比较支架散热损失。与现场制作架空保温管相比,预制架空保温管在保温结构、保护层(外护管)、支架、制造效率、运输、现场存放、使用寿命等方面更优。与传统滑动支架相比,节能滑动支架的散热损失明显下降。节能固定支架由于存在热桥,仍存在一定程度的散热损失。The on-site production process and prefabricated overhead insulation pipe manufacturing process are compared.The structure of energy-saving sliding bracket and energy-saving fixed bracket is introduced,and the heat dissipation loss of brackets is analyzed and compared.Compared with overhead insulation pipes made on site,prefabricated overhead insulation pipes are superior in terms of insulation structure,protective layer(outer protective pipe),bracket,manufacturing efficiency,transportation,on-site storage,service life,etc.Compared with the traditional sliding bracket,the heat dissipation loss of the energy-saving sliding bracket is significantly reduced.The energy-saving fixed bracket still has a certain degree of heat dissipation loss due to the presence of a thermal bridge.
