摘  要:大学生心理健康教育是高校立德树人根本任务落实的重要一环,现阶段还存在教育针对性不强、师资力量不足、教育方式方法不新等亟待解决的问题。以ChatGPT、文心一言等为代表的生成式人工智能工具,其强大的数据支持、语言生成和交流能力,在大学生心理健康测评、数据监测跟踪、辅助解决可调节心理问题等方面有着极大优势,可以在心理健康教育工作中起到重要辅助作用,为加强和改进高校大学生心理健康教育工作提供新思路和新方法。College students'mental health education is an important part of the implementation of the fundamental task of moral cultivation in colleges and universities.At present,there are still some problems that need to be solved urgently,such as poor educational targeting,insufficient teaching staff,and outdated educational methods.The generative artificial intelligence tools represented by ChatGPT and Wenxin Yiyi have great advantages in college students'mental health assessment,data monitoring and tracking,and assisting in solving adjustable psychological problems due to their powerful data support,language generation and communication capabilities,and can play an important auxiliary role in mental health education.It provides new ideas and methods for strengthening and improving the mental health education of college students.
