摘  要:利用STOAT软件模拟北方某污水厂厌氧-缺氧-好氧(AAO工艺)的处理效果,探究不同回流比对总氮、氨氮、总磷、化学需氧量(COD)、悬浮物(SS)去除的影响,并分析最优回流比。结果表明:STOAT软件能准确真实地模拟污水处理厂的AAO处理工艺;通过模拟分析,回流比对COD和SS的影响较小,总氮的去除率随着回流比的同步增大而增大,总磷的去除主要受污泥回流比的影响。当污泥回流比为80%,混合液回流比为400%时为最优运行工况,总氮、氨氮、总磷的去除率可达到79%、98.02%、92.33%。优化前后总氮、氨氮、总磷的去除效率均有明显提升,该方法可为优化北方污水厂AAO工艺的运行提供技术参考。In this study,the STOAT software was utilized to simulate the performance of an anaerobic-anoxic-oxic(AAO)process in a wastewater treatment plant in northern China.The aim was to investigate the influence of different return ratios on the removal of total nitrogen,ammonia nitrogen,total phosphorus,chemical oxygen demand(COD),and suspended solids(SS),and to analyze the optimal return ratio.The results indicated that the STOAT software accurately and realistically simulated the AAO treatment process of the wastewater treatment plant.Through simulation analysis,it was observed that the return ratio had a relatively minor impact on COD and SS removal.The removal efficiency of total nitrogen increased synchronously with the increase in the return ratio,while the removal of total phosphorus was mainly influenced by the sludge return ratio.The optimal operating conditions were identified with a sludge return ratio of 80%and a mixed liquid return ratio of 400%,resulting in removal efficiencies of 79%for total nitrogen,98.02%for ammonia nitrogen,and 92.33%for total phosphorus.Both before and afer optimization,there was a significant improvement in the removal efficiency of total nitrogen,ammonia nitrogen,and total phosphorus.This approach can serve as a technical reference for optimizing the operation of AAO processes in northern wastewater treatment plants.
