摘 要:目的构建高性能贴片式摩擦纳米发电机,通过电场调控成纤维细胞的增殖和划痕愈合。方法通过材料、结构的改进构建贴片式摩擦纳米发电机,与叉指电极结合产生高强电场,观察其对成纤维细胞增殖数量和细胞划痕的影响。结果4cm×4cm大小贴片式摩擦纳米发电机开路电压为200V,短路电流为20μA,转移电荷量为35nC。控制±1V交流电压输出,结合叉指电极形成的电场刺激,可明显促进成纤维细胞增殖和成纤维细胞划痕的愈合。结论作为新型生物能收集器件,摩擦纳米发电机可以将机械能转化为电能,提供电场调节细胞活动,为组织修复提供了有力的支撑。Objective A high-performance triboelectric nanogenerator(TENG)patch was constructed to generate electric field for regulating fibroblast proliferation and scratch healing.Methods A TENG with patch type was constructed by improving the material and structure,and a high-intensity electric field was generated by combining with the interdigital electrode for cell proliferation and cell scratch healing of fibroblasts.Results The open circuit voltage of the 4 cm×4 cm TENG patch was 200 V,the short circuit current was 25μA,and the transfer charge was 35 nC.The proliferation of fibroblasts and the healing of fibroblast scratches were obviously promoted by electric field stimulation,which was formed by 1 V AC voltage output of the TENG combined with interdigital electrode.Conclusion As a new type of bioenergy harvesting device,TENG could convert mechanical energy into electrical energy.The prepared TENG patch acted as an electric field source to regulate cell activity,which provided a powerful support for tissue repair.
