胶艾汤联合米非司酮治疗安装曼月乐后不规则出血的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨胶艾汤联合米非司酮治疗安装左炔诺孕酮宫内节育系统后不规则出血的疗效。方法选取2022年4月至2024年3月我院收治的60例因异常子宫出血-排卵障碍(AUB-O)安装左炔诺孕酮宫内节育系统后出现不规则阴道流血的患者,随机分为对照组和联合治疗组,各30例。在安装左炔诺孕酮宫内节育系统后给予米非司酮治疗过程中,实验组与对照组的两组患者在干预前后的血红蛋白浓度、不良反应、依从性、出血时间、出血量进行比较。结果联合治疗组患者在治疗后的总有效率显著高于对照组,且经过统计学分析证明两组之间存在显著差异。此外,联合治疗组在干预后的一些指标,如血红蛋白浓度、子宫内膜厚度、出血时间、出血量以及某些激素水平,与对照组相比均呈现出显著差异,并且这些差异也具有统计学意义。同时,联合治疗组的总依从性也显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义。结论胶艾汤联合米非司酮治疗安装左炔诺孕酮宫内节育系统后不规则出血患者,能够改善血红蛋白浓度,缩短出血时间,降低出血量,提高患者依从性。Objective To investigate the efficacy of Jiao Ai decoction combined with mifepristone in the treatment of irregular bleeding after levonorgestrel intrauterine system insertion.Methods Sixty patients with irregular vaginal bleeding after installation of the levonorgestrel IUD system due to abnormal uterine bleeding-ovulatory disorders(AUB-O)admitted to our hospital from April 2022 to March 2024 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and combination treatment group,30 cases each.During the treatment with mifepristone given after the installation of the levonorgestrel intrauterine sterilisation system,haemoglobin concentration,adverse reactions,compliance,bleeding time and bleeding volume were compared between the two groups of patients in the experimental and control groups before and after the intervention.Results The overall efficacy rate of the patients in the combination treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group after treatment,and statistical analysis showed that there was a significant difference between the two groups.In addition,some indicators in the observation group after the intervention,such as haemoglobin concentration,endometrial thickness,bleeding time,bleeding volume and certain hormone levels,showed significant differences compared with the control group,and these differences were also statistically significant.Meanwhile,the overall compliance of the observation group was also significantly higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant.Conclusion Jiao Ai decoction combined with mifepristone in the treatment of patients with irregular bleeding after levonorgestrel IUD insertion can improve haemoglobin concentration,shorten bleeding time,reduce bleeding volume,and improve patient compliance.
